Founded in 1999, the Caribbean International Cultural Association (CICA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Created by individuals of Caribbean heritage, CICA strengthens connections between the Caribbean diaspora and the Carolinas through service, culture, and education.
With a Mission to promote Caribbean culture, support humanitarian efforts, and foster educational opportunities for individuals and families in Charlotte, across the Carolinas, and throughout the Caribbean.
