CICA's Impact

Caribbean International Cultural Association (CICA) creates a lasting impact by opening doors to higher education for students of Caribbean descent. Our scholarships help ease financial burdens, celebrate cultural heritage, and empower young people to become leaders in their communities.

Applications are accepted once a year. To be considered, students must provide a completed application form, academic transcript, a short essay outlining educational and career goals, and proof of Caribbean heritage.
